Product Availability
LuxWell, LLC strives to present products that are available for purchase. There may be, however, times when products are not available or sold out. We do our best to replenish sold out items as soon as we can. When an item is no longer available, we will make every effort to remove that item from the website.
Shipping
While LuxWell, LLC strives to ship items on a timely basis, issues may arise that will delay the shipment of your order. Any issues that are out of LuxWell, LLC’s hands, which means once the package has left LuxWell, LLC warehouses, including items getting lost, tracking not being updated on the delivery company website, etc., must be communicated directly with the delivery company. LuxWell, LLC is not responsible for lost packages, delayed delivery, including weather issues, etc.
