We will refund or replace damaged items for up to 4 days after the product is delivered by USPS. We cannot exchange any product based on personal color choice. For return or replacement, please include pictures of the damaged packaging and product in its original condition for a full refund or replacement. Please save all packaging. If requesting replacement, the same product will be provided.
How to Return Damaged Merchandise:
When returning damaged merchandise to ML Beauty, please follow these instructions:
- Send an email to [email protected] and include your order number, pictures of the packaging and products that are damaged.
- Indicate reason for return in the email and request for refund or replacement.
- If your return request is within 4 days, ML Beauty will email back confirming the refund or replacement request.
For a return, please allow up to 2 weeks for credit to be applied to your payment method. For a replacement, please allow up 7 days to receive the replacement product.
